By accessing and using the BLC Logistics Quick Pay Application Form ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides an online application form for carriers to apply for Quick Pay services with BLC Logistics. Quick Pay allows approved carriers to receive expedited payment for freight services, subject to applicable fees and terms.

Submission: By submitting the Quick Pay Application Form, you authorize BLC Logistics to:
Approval: Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. BLC Logistics reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Approval decisions are typically made within 1-2 hours but may take longer in some cases.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your application is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection or termination of services.
By submitting the application form, you authorize BLC Logistics to initiate ACH (Automated Clearing House) credit entries to the bank account specified in your application for Quick Pay payments. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your banking information.
If approved for Quick Pay services:
If you have an exclusive Notice of Assignment (NOA) with another factoring company, you must provide a release letter from that company before BLC Logistics can process Quick Pay payments. Failure to disclose an existing NOA or providing false information regarding NOA status may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
By providing an electronic signature on the application form, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and that you are bound by the terms of the application and these Terms of Service.
Email: By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails regarding your application and account status. These emails are necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of.
SMS/Text Messages: If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message.
Upon approval, you will receive access to a carrier portal where you can track your application status and manage your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of BLC Logistics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLC LOGISTICS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLC LOGISTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLC Logistics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
BLC Logistics reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which BLC Logistics is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
BLC Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
