Submit a request to access the Quick Pay Application admin dashboard. Your request will be reviewed by the system administrator.

Admin Access Includes: View all Quick Pay applications, approve/reject submissions, manage users, view analytics, and access audit logs.

This email will be used for your admin account login via Manus OAuth.
